EPTO certification process

LEVEL 1: PEER AWARE
Requirements: Thematic awareness training(s) (TAT)

TAT certificate

Competences:
- Based on each TAT
- Awareness of self-identity

Indicators:
For anti-discrimination training:
Use appropriate language avoiding stereotyping

LEVEL 2: PEER CERTIFIED
Requirements: Practice (min. 6 hours) / Self assessment / Train-The-Trainer (TTT)

Competences:
Understands pedagogical process
and objectives of each unit

Indicators:
Can explain the learning steps
of the training programme to others

LEVEL 3: PEER PRACTITIONER
Requirements: Practice (min. 24 hours, min. 2 distinct experiences) / Peer assessment

LEVEL 4: APPRENTICE TRAINER
Requirements: Peers-To-Professionals (PTP)

Indicators:
Can explain group development models to others

LEVEL 5: JUNIOR TRAINER
Requirements: Application through call for trainers / Co-facilitation of a TAT / Peer assessment with co-facilitators

Competences:
Facilitation in an international team of trainers

Indicators:
Demonstrated ability to run
an entire TAT at the European level

LEVEL 6: SENIOR TRAINER
Requirements: Application through call for trainers / Co-facilitation of a TTT
